Right to information (Art. 15 DSGVO)

You have the right to receive information free of charge from the controller at any time about the personal data stored about you and a copy of this information. If the right to information is used excessively by requesting information from the person responsible in an excessive manner, Gmundner-FT may charge a customary fee for the administrative costs of providing the information.

RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION (ARTICLE 16 DSGVO)

You have the right to receive information free of charge from the controller at any time about the personal data stored about you and a copy of this information. RIGHT TO ERASURE (RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN) (ARTICLE 17 DSGVO)

You have the right to obtain from the controller the deletion of personal data concerning you without undue delay where the personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed and where there is no overriding legitimate ground for the deletion. If the deletion is requested by the data subject, Gmundner-FT will check the aforementioned legal requirements and inform you accordingly.

RIGHT TO RESTRICTION OF PROCESSING (ARTICLE 18 DSGVO)

You have the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing of personal data concerning you.

RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY (ARTICLE 20 DSGVO)

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to the controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and you have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided.

RIGHT TO OBJECT (ARTICLE 21 DSGVO)

If Gmundner-FT processes personal data that is based on a public interest or in the exercise of official authority or is necessary due to a legitimate interest, you have the right to object to this processing of your data at any time due to your particular situation. If Gmundner-FT processes personal data for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object to this processing of your data at any time. This also applies to profiling insofar as it is associated with such direct advertising.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT (ARTICLE 7 (PARAGRAPH 3) OF DSGVO)

You have the right to withdraw your previously given consent to data processing at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT (ARTICLE 77 DSGVO)

COLLECTION AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA; NATURE, PURPOSE AND USE

When you visit this website, the browser used on your end device collects data about your use of the website.
and the browser automatically sends information to the server of our website. This
information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information
is recorded without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted:

  • Date and time of access,

  • Website from which access is made (referrer URL),
  • the browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your

The possibility of processing this data on the legal basis of Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. f DSGVO for purposes such as:

  • ensuring a smooth connection to the website,
  • to ensure a comfortable use of our website,
  • the evaluation of system security and stability and
  • for further administrative purposes
    is currently being utilized by us. Under no circumstances will the data collected
    to draw conclusions about your person.

USE OF SCRIPT LIBRARIES (GOOGLE WEBFONTS)
